Contractor Offline Ledger is designed to work primarily offline. Your expenses, employees, attendance, wages, materials, suppliers, and other records remain stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Limited device and advertising-related data may be processed by Google AdMob for displaying ads.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Contractor Offline Ledger does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Contractor Offline Ledger offers Pro features through in-app purchases and subscriptions using Google Play Billing. All purchase transactions are handled securely by Google. We do not collect or store your payment information.

All information you enter including expenses, projects, employees, attendance, advances, payroll, materials, suppliers, and notes is securely stored on your device. No cloud sync, no uploads.

Your data belongs only to you. Contractor Offline Ledger does not access, view, or control your records. You are fully responsible for managing and maintaining your information.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over deletion. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings (Settings > Apps > Contractor Offline Ledger > Clear Data). Contractor Offline Ledger does not retain any data on external servers, so no additional deletion requests are needed.

You can export and backup your records manually. Backups are saved to your device and shared only by your choice. Contractor Offline Ledger does not store or manage these backups.

If automatic backup is enabled by you, the app may periodically create backup files based on your configuration. These backups remain under your control.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may process limited device and advertising-related identifiers for ad delivery and related services.

Contractor Offline Ledger may request the following device permissions:

• Internet & Network Access - Required for displaying Google AdMob advertisements and validating in-app purchases.
• Biometric Authentication - Used for optional app lock and secure access features on supported devices.
• Camera & Photos - Used only when you choose to attach a bill, receipt, or company logo image to your records.
• Foreground Service & Wake Lock - Used to run scheduled automatic backups reliably in the background.
• Billing - Used to manage optional premium purchases through Google Play.
• Advertising ID - Used by Google AdMob to display and manage advertisements.
• Storage - Used to export and import backup files, reports, and attachments on your device.

These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes. The app does not collect personal data through these permissions. Limited device and advertising-related data may be processed by Google AdMob for displaying ads.

The security of your information depends on your device security, password protection, and backup practices. Contractor Offline Ledger is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, deletion, or user actions.

Users are responsible for managing their own records, backing up important data, and protecting device access.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected with a revised "Last updated" date.
